DIET
EXERCISING regularly increases your metabolism and helps the body burn calories. Walking is the best form of exercising. If you have not exercised for a while you can do the exercises for non-exercisers (pg. 8). Exercise increases your energy and produces a felling of well-being.
There is a correlation between over weight and diabetes. The only way to loose weight is to eat fewer calories. The easiest way to reduce calories is to eat smaller portions.
Avoid sugar, and as little carbohydrate as possible (bread, pasta, starch)
